Many umpires find it hard to move up because they never have the opportunity to ask questions or receive feedback from umpires that have already moved up. due to high game counts, it's hard for established umpires to schedule time to give back to the new up and coming umpires.
Let us handle that for you. We keep track of when qualified instructors are available and will schedule to have one at your game.
Depending on current level, a small Evaluation fee may apply.
If you would like an honest opinion on your work & what you need to do to get to the next level, fill out this form and we will schedule to have an instructor at that level attend your game & provide you with a detailed written evaluation.
Fee is due when instructor is assigned. There is no guarantee a particular instructor will be assigned, only that the instructor assigned will be qualified and has worked at least 2 years at the level you are seeking to advance to. Rain outs will be rescheduled, you are required to notify your instructor with any changes in schedule or location.
You are currently working Rec League & would like to improve or move up to working Travel/Club ball (fee waived for volunteers)
You are currently working Travel ball & would like to improve or move up to working High School or higher-level Travel Ball
You are currently working High School ball & would like to improve or move up to working varsity or college ball
All evaluations will be written and include a post-game debrief at the game site
